NEOM and THE LINE
From 2022 to 2025 Immersive International worked directly with NEOM on entertainment and culture, and Anton Kononov, as the studio's Executive Art Director, interfaced with NEOM's Entertainment and Culture leadership. He helped them present their entertainment and culture strategy to NEOM's overall leadership and co-directed the creative frameworks for six confidential mega-projects. NEOM is Saudi Arabia's giga-project on the Red Sea; THE LINE is its linear city.
From 2022 to 2025 Immersive International worked directly with NEOM on entertainment and culture, and Anton Kononov, as the studio's Executive Art Director, interfaced with NEOM's Entertainment & Culture leadership and helped them present their entertainment and culture strategy to NEOM's overall leadership.
Within that programme he co-directed the creative frameworks for six confidential mega-projects, from city-wide synchronised events to neighbourhood-scale activations, setting out how entertainment infrastructure, technology and daily life fit together in a linear city planned at national scale.
The work is under NDA. Its scope, scale and his role can be described, and reviewed in person where permissions allow.
