Universal Sphere is a 360-degree shared experience at the Comcast Technology Center in Philadelphia. Its concept was co-developed with Steven Spielberg and Foster + Partners and delivered with Immersive International, with Anton Kononov on the creative team; Foster + Partners realised the building.
Executive produced by Spielberg, the film The Power of I explores how ideas shape the world, and the audience watches it together inside a 34-foot sphere, without individual headsets. His work was on the media systems and their integration into the architecture, so that the passage from the lobby into the sphere reads as one continuous space.
